SECURING WOMEN MIGRATION CYCLE

Securing Women Migration Cycle is an assistance, protection and repatriation project aimed at Ethiopian women who are (or were) employed in Lebanon as domestic workers. Within this multilevel program, RiRes has organized a capacity building for operators employed in the Lebanese and Ethiopian CARITAS centers, to assist domestic workers in dealing with and responding to their needs. Through the “Tutor of Resilience” (ToR) model, RiRes trained dozens of professionals to boost the resources and promote the resilience of Ethiopian women, who could subsequently increase their psycho-physical well-being during the repatriation in the Ethiopian context.
