QUDRA is a capacity building project based on the “Tutor of Resilience” (ToR) model aimed at educators, social workers and NGO staff responsible for taking care of Syrian and Lebanese minors in vulnerable conditions in eight social development centers (SDCs) in Lebanon. During the training phase, RiRes worked with operators to strengthen their resilience-related resources and their ability of recognizing individual strengths within conscious helping relationships. At the end of this phase, the professionals involved developed an Action Plan, shaped by the resilience-based capacity building program, to be implemented with 641 Syrian and Lebanese children to help them recognizing their own resources, improving their emotional competence, strengthening ties with children and consolidating intra-family cohesion.
