By borrowing and adapting the "Resilience promoting curriculum for people in emergency response and first responder contexts" protocol, R2 emerged as a program to build a resilience-informed supportive device, addressing coordinators of teams of health professionals, social and family caregivers and educators during the COVID-19 pandemic. Faced with the operators' sense of loneliness and fear, RiRes has worked with key figures within professional teams in order to empower them in assuming the role of Tutors of Resilience (ToR) towards their staff members. In particular, the intervention was hinged upon 10 resilience resources, five individual (gratitude, self-efficacy, flexibility, meaning-making and mindfulness) and five shared (organization and planning, responsibility, supportive relationships, strong identity and shared values of the organization).
